Through direct relationships with investors, family offices, operators and trusted local counterparties, we look for institutionally relevant assets in Europe’s and the United States’ gateway cities — with particular attention to London, Paris, Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, Milan and other markets where scarcity, hospitality demand and long-term capital can align.
Our focus includes off-market four- and five-star hotels with 50 keys or more, luxury serviced-apartment assets and platforms of 5,000 m² or more, prime residential and mixed-use properties, and selected opportunities where the asset requires a controlled process rather than broad distribution.
We are not interested in circulating generic opportunities. We are interested in assets where the buyer universe is specific, the commercial thesis is clear, and the process benefits from careful positioning rather than noise.
